This is for Natlie or Julia at CD Odessa. I've posted on you web site for ticket # K4SISKPSO a problem that I've not gotten any requested response for. Here's the problem. A number of the features on CD Pro 6.2 are not working on either my intel core duo MacBook Pro or my iMac G4. I've converted version 1.85 charts to version 5 (5.5) and 6.2. The lines don't show up on the charts, yet if I highlight the areas they are the connector points show up, but no lines themselves. When I go to do a change of color on background, border or text nothing happens. I've removed the app from both computers (including support files from main and user libraries), did complete maintenance (most current versions of Apple Disk Utility, OnyxX (for 10.4.9), Tiger Cache Cleaner, DiskWarrior, TechTool Pro and Drive Genie), did a clean install of the application. Problem still persists. Am in serious need of getting the charts to work. Hardware/Software specs: Macbook Pro intel core duo 15 inch / 2 Gig RAM / OS X 10.4.9 and a G4 iMac PPC 20 inch / 1 Gig RAM / OS X 10.4.9. HELP!!!
