What format of label you need?
You can change the item name of object:
open library-> choose object->right-mouse click (context menu) choose Properties-> Item name
To save changes you should save the library.
Or modify an object:
drag object from the library to the document-> add label (as text or vector picture) then group them if necessary (select with 'shift' both shapes and group)
to group use:
ctrl+G for win
cmd+G for mac
to edit group:
ctrl+E for win
cmd+E for mac
to ungroup:
ctrl+U for win
cmd+U for mac
Then drag new object to the library and save it.
To replace selected library object with the new one:
select object in the document-> context menu of Library object: Replace
