I currently have ConceptDraw 7.5. How can one download version 7.6? The ConceptDraw Web site has no links for versions.

I'm not sure version 7.6 exist. Current version is 8.0 as a part of ConceptDraw Office 8.0.

Version 7.5. is the latest for win. Next version is 8.0
