I am trying the trial version and trying to compare if worth making the move from Visio.
How do I search for shapes/stensils in CD7 like visio?

Hello, use:
menu File-> Library-> Find in Libraries

I would also recommend you to take a look at our template gallery, that is opened at startup or use: menu File-> Template Gallery.
