Can anyone tell me how I can work in full days rather than in hours. I have set my calendar for 7 days per week and shift from 00:00-23:59 but it still shows durations in some instances that include decimal hours. I assume this is due to a default start or end time of the tasks?
I use the Project Manager for scheduling personnel on assignments where they are billed on a day rate and from the first date until the last date of an assignment.
There is also a problem with the duration not being calculated correctly.
E.g. Days worked from 03/06/08 to 05/06/08 is 3 but the duration is reported as 2 days only. It seems that the calculation is not taking into account that either the first or last day of a task is part of the task. In my case the first day starts at 00:00 on that day and ends at 23:59:59 on the last day.
I would also like my "Who does what and when" Reports to list days worked (per month) rather than hours. Can this be done easily?
Any assistance would be welcome.
