I've been playing around in Project for awhile now
I'm on the Mac platform with Leopard installed
Clicking on the File Menu and then selecting print, nothing happens. It sits for a bit and then crashes. I've never had this happen with any other program on a Mac.
I've rebooted, shut everything else down, checked for updates, etc. Nothing.
Anybody got any ideas? I've called support, but they're closed for the day already.
Thanks
Christopher
Same here. I never tried to print directly from ConceptDraw Project, so I do not know whether this is new.
Setup: Mac OS 10.5.2, ConceptDraw Project 4.1, Lexmark printer C530dn connected via USB

Thanks, Dirk
It's not so much a matter of which printer I'm connected to. I was wanting to print it out to a PDF so some staff members could review it. But, I could never even get that far. It was crashing bringing up the dialog box.
Any body else actually print with this?
Christopher
Hi Christopher,

in fact I do - and I never had problems with it.
I would suggest you send the document to support@conceptdraw.com and let the people in Odessa have a lock at it. Maybe the file is broken and can be repaired!
Gerhard
that sounds like a good idea
I will do that
vielen dank
Christopher
they got back to me
they suggested that I reinstall the latest version and it worked
Christopher
Hi Christopher,
thanks for letting me know. I tried that, too, but it didn't help. Switching to my Brother laser printer didn't help, either.
The document can't be the problem, since I just create a single task in the new document that appears at start, then I try to print. I also deleted the preferences and entered the licence code again, no success.
