I am new to this. I downloaded the trial version and this feature does not work. Just an empty page loads when I click on this menu item.

To create a document with the file structure in the address field of the wizard dialog you need to specify the URL of the web site for which you need the structure. Note: You must use only FTP protocol, or direct URL without http://. For example: http://www.google.com

You also need to put login and password in Settings/Scan
