I'm new to Macs (trying to make the jump from PC's to a Mac).

I need to find a good replacement for Visio since I frequently use this at work. Conceptdraw seems like the answer.

Does it import Visio diagrams ? It would be great if the website provided a list of functions that it supports (I couldn't find it).

Lastly, is ConceptDraw sold in Taiwan ? (I want an English version but I live in Taiwan)

Thanks,

Mark
I still have not received any responses to this. Does anyone read this or do I have to call your support line ?

1. How many people are on the support team ?
2. Is there support in Asia ?
3. Does Concept draw support Visio type stencils ?
4. Is ConceptDraw sold in Taiwan ?
5. If I order ConceptDraw online, will you send me any manuals/documentation?
6. Is there any manuals/documentation with your product ?
7. If I order online, will I get the documentation sent to me in Taiwan ?
8. These support hours (8AM to 5PM Pacific Time Zone), do not really support Asia. When will you provide 24 hour support ?

Hi! Before switching to CD completely you may consider the following post: "Quality of the Export of jpeg files" - it's not possible to export the drawings in any graphics file format (JPEG, TIFF, PNG) with reasonable quality. If you know Vision you might also know that a Visio export in TIFF is perfect and can be imported in e.g. OpenOffice (or NeoOffice for the Mac).
