Is it possible to add additional columns to the report. I would really like to see "% complete" on the "Who Does What..." report. I noticed some of the reports give an option to select columns (even though I didn't see %complete listed on those reports).

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Jim
Dear Jim,
Unfortunately it is impossible to add column "complete" to this report. You can just create another report, called "Tasks In Progress" or "Completed tasks".

Have a nice day

Hi Anna,
The "Tasks In Progress" is not quite what I need. A) it combines all the resources together and gives an overall %complete, and B) if the % Complete for a task is "0%", it doesn't show up on the report.

We I need is a report that can be used for our status update meetings. The "Who Does What" report would be ideal if it also showed % complete for my team's assigned tasks. With such a report we could quickly see where each person was in the development process...including tasks assigned to them that have not started, compare to the End Date, etc.

Concept Draw Project Team, why would you not give the option to select columns to print on the "Assignment" section reports (i.e., "Who Does What," "Who Does What When" report). You offer this option on all the "Current Activities" section reports - at least the ones that I looked at.

Regards,
Jim
Dear Jim,
I will entry your request to a suggestion list.
But unfortunately it is impossible for now to select additional columns in "Who Does What", "Who Does What When" reports.

That would be great. Thanks Anna.

One workaround/option I've found is to print out BOTH the "Tasks in Progress" report and the "Unstarted tasks" reports. One problem I've noticed, however, is the sort by "resource name" doesn't seem to work? Is this a bug?
