I'm running your application on MacBook Pro (Intel)
1. When I open "ConceptDraw NetworkDiagrammer Help" the help application comes up blank with a title of "Untitled". I have checked the preferences and the location is correct.

2. When I click on Tools I do not see a menu option for "Wizards".

3. When I run the LAN Scanner from the Template Gallery or the Control Panel the system finds one (1) server and a total of three (3). I was trying this out at my home; i've tried it connected to my router and wirelessly. Nothing seems to happen.

I've read your other threads on the LAN scanner problem however I didn't read them until AFTER I purchased the product and AFTER I discovered these problems.

The advertisement for this product says that it works on MAC's and PCs. I think you should have had a disclaimer that there was a problem with Intel MACs. I need this LAN Scanner functionality and it would be very nice if the HELP menu worked.

This application isn't what it's advertised to be. One of the main reason's I purchased the application is because I thought it would help with mapping out my LAN but since I couldnt' get it to work on my MacBook Pro I pulled out an old G3 iBook I had and tried the application on it; same problem. It never gave me a map of my LAN or my WAN.

I downloaded the the windows trail version and tried it. The application found machines on my network; not my LAN but the entire WAN. Now our WAN is so big that the application ran out of memory before it ever got to my Node

If you are thinking about buying the product don't; there is better application out there. Also the user support is not very customer friendly. The only problem they were able to help me with was the help system; other than that they didn't even address my other complaints.

A suggestion for this company is to address your user's complaints; not just take their money and incorrectly advertise your product. There are severe issues with your application and you should make potential customers aware of those problems. You should also fix those problems.
