I am still evaluating ConceptDraw Project and have a question concerning overallocated resources.
Is there a way to set the software to doesnt allow the use of a resource if it is fully allocated on other task ?

not as fare as I see it... and it will not make sense to me. Let me explain:
I must have full access to my stuff and materials during my planing phase. After that I can evaluate, weather I will use e.g. the video projector on either the first or second meetings, or try to organise a 2nd projector for the 2. meeting...
Same with the personal I allocate. If the planing is done, I will revise, weather I need more stuff for the tasks!
The one thing I'd like to see, while I work at the gantt chart and allocate stuff and materials will be, that over allocated figures will turn to red, so I see that it will lead to a problem, if nothing will change. Now I can change to "Resource Usage View" to see, where the problem will be and try evaluate what will be necessary to deal with it.
In every case I have full access to my actions and I like it very much this way!
