Will this software allow me to scan in an aerial photo (jpeg) and use the drawing tools to trace the features on the photo to create a map? Thanks

ConceptDraw MINDMAP 5 is a program for mindmapping but not for editing your jpeg files. What trace features exactly you are interested in?
