ConceptDraw Community - Main Menu tool bar gone!!!!

For some unknown reason the main menu tool bar on the application is gone and I can not access any menu options at all. I am dead in the water.
How do I get this tool bar back.
I even tried reinstalling the application, but the tool bar is completely gone.
