I am still evaluating ConceptDraw Project and have a question concerning the checking of over allocated resources.
I have found the report "Over allocated resources" but this report only gives a list of every task involved in over allocation. Is there a way to see the daily or weekly allocation per resource?
I have tried to filter the task list by resource, but I was not able to apply the filter. I added the filter through View|Edit Filters, but the created filter doesn't show up under View|Filters. Is this a bug or do I just use the filter function in a wrong way?

Hello Roger,
In order to see the work of one resource you can use 'Who Does What' report. Here you can choose the resource and see only his work there including allocation. (see screen-shots attached)
As to Filters, you can choose only Task Filters, Resources Filters or Project Filters only. These are seperate filters.

Thanks for your reply. After configuring the "Who does what when..." in a new way I got what I was looking for.
I finally figured out how to use the filters. In the Gantt chart only the task filters work. It would be very helpful if I could filter the Gantt chart by resource which doesn't seem to be possible right now (maybe a feature request for your developers :-) ?).
I also found the free viewer application on your web site. Is there a reason why it doesn't support viewing of Project files?

Viewer doesn't support Project files, but, maybe in future versions it will be possible.
You can do everything and more in Project as in Viewer! Still the demo version of ConceptDraw Project will be able to view the files you create.
