ConceptDraw Community

I am having a problem with Concept Draw. When I opened this am it asked me to re enter my serial number and then , it would not allow me to open any of my drawings.

I did install on a new machine in my office last night, but do not think they where open at the same time. Attached is a screen shot. Of the message I am getting.

Please advise.
