Hallo here I am again. I've looked for it in the Help but I couldn't find it. I want to repeat a task in a weekly basis and when I copy the task it keep the date from the task that was copied and the hours calculation stay OK. When I change de date for next week the Gantt Chart put all subtasks begining at the first hour of that day wich means that I've to recolacate every subtask. As this task shoul be repeated every week that means a lot of work. Is there any way to say that a task should be repeated in a repeated gap? If not how can I change the date without rearraging the Grantt Chart?
Sorry about all these questions!!!Icon_question

Hello!

There is no such special option so the task should be repeated in a repeated gap. (But I will surely tell about your request to our developersIcon_smile).

The easiest way to make the same Task repeat several times is just copy and paste it and then drag the phase in Gannt draw to the next week. At first it will be a bit rough and you will have to adjust, but only for the firs time. And then just copy/paste drag/drop Icon_smile

Hope it helps!!

Do I deserve to know your name?Icon_wink

Good morning Natalie
You said "and then drag the phase in Gannt draw to the next week" but I can do the copy and past but what means drag the phase to the next week. The tasks are in numeric sequence and we don't have a calendar to drop or I couldn't drop it in the right side of Grant's. Could you please be more clear with this?
Thank you

Hello Pedro!

The drawings on the right can be dragged. The phase is the main task that includes subtasks (one for a day).  Scroll the window so that the phase can still be seen. Drag it with the mouse to the next week.
See the attachment.

Hello,

I just wanted to add that it would really be great if you could add this feature to the next version of concept draw project!

Thank you and goodbye.
