So I need to update my CD Project to 5.1.3. I am at work with two computers. My work PC has internet connection and the Mac I need to update doesn't. So I go to the website thinking I can download it to my thumb drive and update my Mac, only....no download options other than a trial.
What would be an OUTSTANDING feature is where registered owners could log in and download updates to the versions they have registered. As it stands I guess I have to wait until I get home to update?

Well I did get a response to my ticket. Here's a suggestion when responding to tickets. Don't close the ticket until you're SURE your reply has satisfied the customer's issue. In my case I stated I had 5.1.2 of CD Project and was told I was up-to-date! So when I tried to use the link provided to respond and tell the tech he was smoking something as I knew 5.1.3 was the latest version, my ticket was closed. How nice. Now I had to open another ticket.
To make a long story short, it's a non-issue now, but time was spent on both ends to essentially not fix the issue. Again, customers should be able to access the latest version from their account a la self service. This would have removed tier 1 support entirely, saving CS Odessa and myself valuable time.
By the way...I do this for a living.
Many thanks for your suggestion. I'll pass them to our support team. :)
