Okay, either I'm doing something wrong or the program is whacked. I'm really starting to not like this program.

I have a project with multiple phases, all phases serially linked F-S and each has about 2-3 tasks for the phase.

I have 10 resources. Here are some issues I am experiencing:

1. On some tasks (not all) I can assign say 3 resources each at 100% and have the total cost displayed in the task pane. On other tasks if I assign more that 100% (say 2 resources each at 100%) the total cost for that task disappears in the task pane as soon as the second resource is assigned. Doesn't happen with every task so I'm confused.

2. Phase total cost. Some phases the total costs from each subtask roll up to the phase total cost as expected. Some phases it doesn't (and for the project), however when I use inspector on the phase or project is shows the total cost. WTH? If it appears in the inspector, why isn't it showing in the task pane?

If you wish, we'll try to do it harder in next version. Especially for you. :)

P.S. Columns will be autosized in CD Office 2.
