Just send a mail to your support department. I'm working on a mac with Mac OS X. I'm not able to open the preference pane properly. Every time I'm accessing it, it is not opening at all... Any help would be appreciated.

the first time I started ConceptDraw Project 3.0, I opened the preferences and changed the currency into the Euro-Sign (Unicode: [U+20AC] EURO SIGN). Since than I couldn't open the preferences at all.
I opend the preferences file and changed the currency back to the $-Sign. You can find the file here:
user/#name#/library/preferences/CSOdessa/ConceptDraw Project.plist

Thank you for your help... I've done this now... and it is opening the preference pane again... but should this be the way to handle it...? Probably will be fixed in the next release...
