ConceptDraw Community - Can't generate site map

Having problems getting the software to produce a site structure scheme with the help of Web Site Structure Scanner. I followed the tutorial but I am getting no where.

1. Open Control Panel/ Wizards/Generate site map
2. Enter URL
3. Click 'OK'

I am connected to the Internet via cable. The software come back with an icon that has a red dot in the middle of it with an X on top of the icon.

Try to scan another web-site. If you don't get success please check your firewall settings.

Try to scan another web-site. If you don't get success please check your firewall settings.

I guess I still don't understand how to use the software. Icon_sad I open up things within the firewall so now I get the icon without the read dot with the X on the top. I thought I would see more icons or something. What am I missing? I am asking the software to go 5 levels. I know that should pull in the entire site.

What am I doing wrong?

same problem here. I downloaded the trail version and just want try the site map generator: it gave an error message "runtime error 51 internal error: line 23"

I was told that if you have flash on the first page that may cause a problem: If flash is on the first page try going to the following page via ConceptDraw.

Try http://www.google.com or our http://www.conceptdraw.com with depth level 2 (or it will map very long) and
you will see that it works properly with the sites made properly.

As to Web Site Structure Scanner, you should know the password of the
site in order to scan its structure.

Sorry about that Natalie,
That runtime error 51 was not my problem. My problem was cleared when I was told that the home page(s) I was attempting to download had mainly Flash on them. As soon as I moved to the following page(s) everything work. I am sorry for the confusion.
