Hi
I'm currently trialing ConceptDraw Pro but I'm having trouble using the built in library. When, for example, I go to open a Business process template the library browser flashes up briefly to show the names of the libraries - but then they disappear. When I press F4 to show the library browser again nothing happens.
Any advice?
Please tell me what version of ConceptDraw Pro you are trialing and what computer do you have, Mac or PC?

I have ConceptDraw VI running on an iBook. However I seem to have already fixed the problem. I manually set the template and library directories yesterday which didn't immediately help. But when I restarted my iBook completely the templates are now loading!

Hi,
I have almost the same problem, the libraries window appears for a very short time and F4 doesn't work. Rebooting the Mac or setting the paths doesn't help
My environment:
MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo, OS X 10.4.8, ConceptDraw 6.2.0 Trial
Any help is really appreciated since I desperately need a drawing application and don't want to return back to Visio.

Hi,
I think my problems are solved. Having an Internet connection now, the libraries are downloaded.
This leads to another question. Is it possible to force a download of all available libraries? I'm not always online and it would be very annoying sitting in a train and preparing a presentation just to find out that some libraries are missing.

where are you located - USA? Maybe we can send you the trial version on cd with all libraries.
* Please note that ordering full version you get program with all libraries included.
