Used the import option for MS Visio
I also tried to convert the file my self as we have Visio on my wife's notebook.
Same result.
When I try to import I get a message box 'XML Parser Messages' that seams to have some error messages inside, unfortunately I cannot read everything as I cannot resize the box, but what i can read is:

Guys, if you get warnings, just ignore them. And use Select All to change strange fonts.

Hi Julia - Thanks for the "support email" and for the above! As it works!
Now when the warning window pops up I accept and then when the drawing opens I select all and an known font.
I actually forgot the drawing came from a Chinese source...

I have sent several files to the converter (both via the email and the web form) but I have not received any files back.
I received the confirmation email when I submitted the web form, so I don't believe it's an email/spam problem.
Is the converter currently working for others?
