I'm using ConceptDraw WebWave, which I downloaded today from giveawayoftheday.com, to create a website for my non-profit organization. The problem is, nobody else in the organization has WebWave, and if for any reason I lose the program (computer crash, etc.) I will be unable to purchase a replacement. The website I have designed includes textboxes that must be updated and reuploaded to my host quite often. What steps can I take to make sure I can update these textboxes even if I lose my access to WebWave? The HTML export function only saves them as an image.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: While I'm at it, how can I add other features to my page, such as a poll, guestbook, and other objects?
