Hi, I downloaded trial version - in control panel I click generate site map but than it doesn't ask me for URL - just opens an empty page.

It should be there if your trial period has not expired!
Please look if it has.
If not, please send me the screen-shot to support@conceptdraw.com of the wizard you choose and of the page that appears.

I am having the same problem. I am also not getting the wizard to open up. Web Site Map Generator opens a gridded page, but not the wizard. The wizard opened the first time I started the program up, but is not currently opening up.

Whaen have you downloaded the trial version of ConceptDraw WebWave?

Last post in this section made nearly 4 months ago.....I don't hold out much hope for a response, but ah well.

I to have the trial version and cannot get the site mapper to work. Trial certainly has not ran out unless you made a typo and 30 days is meant to be 30 minutes.
It worked first time I tried, but now when I try it I just get a blank page.
Highly annoying and making it less and less likely that I'll part with $299 of my hard earned cash for the full version.

Could you by any chance have used >create site map< under >plan site structure< instead of >generate site map< under >wizards< while opening the control panel? I am asking, because it gives the same behaviour you observed.
