Hi guys, I'm reading the forum and looks more like letters to technical support!!!!!!!

Forum is a place where we shold discuss things, but not to complain about our problems to tech support.
Use tickets for these aims! It is the best place to do that:

Hi JKL,
i kindly dissagree, i think that tech support doesn't always have the right answer, and a lot can be learned from other users. by posting a problem here, i don't have to wait 24 hours for a reply -- any friendly user can offer me advice.... and i may be able to offer other people advice from what i've learned about the program.

also, it's good to know when other users are having simmilar problems.... i wouldn't know things like that if i went thru the tech ticket system.

maybe they should open a "lounge" section to place friendly discussions about thier software by people that have never had the program crash. Icon_wink

cheers!

Before complaining about your 5.0.1 version you should have better read that 5.0.2 is already available, where they improved program stability.
Don't you think that this is the main idea of the forum??
To read other peoples problems and to check if there is yours between them.... Icon_rolleyes
Thats what most people do, they just come here and use it only for tech support even without readind previous posts.

What stops you from opening "lounge" section yourself????
Or you have nothing pleasant to say about the software Icon_wink

rds, dave
well dave,
sense i downloaded the evaluation version, i wrongly assumed that the link would give me the most current version. i did read thru many of the post but i didn't realize that there was an update.
sorry. i'm pretty stupid.
i'm just trying to catch up to you MindMapping scholars.

i don't feel i'm saying unpleasant things. actually i feel i've praised the program to many people. (maybe just not a lot on this forum). i feel i'm offering some creative criticism.
