Full Version: Why can't I get ANY support?

I just bought both Concept Draw and Mindmap and got a confirmation of my purchase WITHOUT ANY download instructions or serial code. This was late last week. I have left a message and I have tried calling numerous times.

I paid $400 for software and I have not received anything. No one will answer the phone there at any extension I try.

Can anyone just help me get the software I already paid for?

I am starting to get a little concerned and will be processing a chargeback in a day or so if I do not hear from anyone.
