I created a simple flowchart in ConceptDraw 7 Pro and pasted it into a new Word 2004 document. The result was unreadable; the background was black and the symbols were all messed up as well. This worked PERFECTLY in ConceptDraw Pro 1.8.5...
Given that ConceptDraw 7 Pro cannot export to ANY standard vector format (no PICT, no EPS, no PDF, no SVG, no SWF, no WMF, no EMF, etc.), this makes ConceptDraw 7 Pro nearly useless for my technical illustration needs, as I need to import/paste my diagrams into Word documents. :icon_frown:
Thanks for the problem report, our developers are fixing it. Export to popular graphic formats will be available in update we will release next week.
Great news! This is critically important and I'm looking forward to seeing it fixed.
Please test with both Word 2004 on Mac OS X, and with these Word documents under Windows when opened and printed with Word for Windows (i.e., please don't require QuickTime to be installed in Windows, as my work doesn't permit that). ConceptDraw Pro 1.8.5 handled this PERFECTLY, so if you can use whatever method it used I'd be pleased.
Thanks!

SVG is very important because illlustrator, photoshop, and various libraries can read this standard format.
Word can't read SVG, which truly sucks. But that is a Microsoft issue. I agree that SVG import and export support would be a HUGE benefit to many ConceptDraw users.
Still, I (and probably many others) need a reliable way of accurately getting ConceptDraw vector drawings into Word without rasterization, in such a way that its also compatible (and prints in high-resolution) in Word for Windows. I'm thrilled that CS Odessa's developers are working on this, and I look forward to the release that addresses this critical issue.
