I am very frustrated and have lost a lot of work. After hours of input, the program got stuck and I cannot open the file anymore.
Please help.

I have the same problem. When I try to launch mindmap, I receive a windows error. All of my hard work is gone!

I also find 5.01.0 VERY unstable. I have just lost two days work. Buying this has been not only a waste of money but a waste now of valuable time. I have sent numerous emails, and contacted technical support and have recieve NO response as of yet. I'm here because I can see you have had response by posting here, but also because people should be warned that this product is faulty.
I've read the questions above, all I did before it closed was add another subtopic. It was as though the map got too big and it couldn't handle it.
