I recently uninstalled the previous v5 release and installed v5.0.1.0. Now exporting to PDF fails with a PDF error noted in the PDF Creator log. Please help! Thanks.
This problem happens not on every computer and we know about it. The new release with this problem fixed will be available next week.

As a question:
To create the PDF, CDMM uses its own PDF printing driver. Does it really make a difference with other PDF-generators?

With the previous V5 release, the one when exporting to PDFs worked, I tried exporting using their PDF creator and printing to Adobe's PDF print engine, same map on the same system. I couldn't tell any difference.
We do use our own PDF driver.
And you can easily use any other PDF driver.
What difference did you expect to see?

That was my point, when exporting to PDF worked, it worked for me with several PDF drivers installed on my system.
