Hi,

I bought concept draw four (and upgraded to five). This an awesome program! I tell all the visio and mac users I know about it.

I'm currently on Concept Draw 5.5.0. I am having trouble with lines. I need to draw a horizontal line (with no angle).

I tried check marking the boxes in the "Snap & Glue" option under tools, but the line still does not seem to snap to the grid.

I opened the line's properties, and saw "angle" in there, but I could not edit it. is there a way to do this? When I drag the endpoint of the line, I am able to make it almost straight, but sometimes, when overlayed on a graphic, it's very noticeable.

Basically I just need a way to make flat horizontal lines. (the closest I can get is -0.11 degrees, which looks okay alone, but is noticeable when against a graphic).

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Oh cool, I figured it out! I selected the line, and then went to "Shape" -> "Show Table". Then I just changed the "Angle" box to "0", and made sure the "BeginY" and "EndY" were the same.

Hooray Concept Draw!

Dear emordnilap,
You can also draw a line with Shift to get it straight.

Btw, the latest free update for your edition is 5.5.1, please send me your serial number in PM or email: support@conceptdraw.com and I'll send you link for update
