I purchased Version 5.0.0.5.
The program is unstable after a certain time of operation and crashes.
Josef, Version 5.0.0.6 will be available tomorrow and it fixes all crashes we are aware of.

Where can I download the update?
Hello Joseph,
you are welcome to download version 5.0.1 using the link:

http://conceptdraw.fileburst.com/Full/CD...ap5Pro.zip

Note that before installing the new version it is preferably to delete the previous one.
Not encouraging to read that after your first post about instability you are still posting about the problem.
I bought mindmap two days ago, it crashed minorly (in that it would open straight up again) about 6 times and then just shut down the document I was working on and if I try to open it, it closes. I cannot get to two days worth of work.
Also every time I opened the document the hyperlinks were destroyed or muddled up and I had to re-enter them again - such a waste of time.
The spell check didn't work....
....in my exhaustion and frustration I lose track of all the problems I've had. Customer support must have getting on for 20 emails from me.
i downloaded the version you recommended to josef, it still won't open my document and crashes instantly
we send you your files fixed asap.
Hi Jo, I mistakenly deleted yout post.

If this would have been a toaster, I would have ask for my money back. Because it's a computer programme am I supposed to be happy?

There should be some form of compensation.

computer programs are different to toasters, you now! Otherwise Windows XP would be the biggest flop in the history of Microsoft! And because its different, that is why the customer service and the 48 h policy of ConceptDraw is really helpful in the process to a better program. A new release of a software always includes risks on both sides: producer the same as customer.

As far as I am concerned, I'm waiting for the release of ConceptDraw MindMap 5 on mac - and I'm buzzing with excitement to it. I love to work with the stable version 4.5, but I'm looking forward to the new features version 5 will offer me. And I know it will reward me for the hassle in the process as it did with the release of 4.0!

I have not seen a 100% bug free software on every system and every computer with all the different settings! So came down and be a little bit patient.

And that is the reason why I like CS Odessa products: The will to create good and helpful software and they have fast help to offer in case of problems!

Since I've been through the process of the version 4, I can tell you this: The time I use it, was not easy in the beginning, but it paid of with every step the software developed!
